I visited Natalie's blog tonight and Sherie had posted about her gratitude towards a group of Natlalie's friend who had comforted the family after Natalie's passing. I am continually uplifted by Sherie and her strength and graditude for all that she has been given.
During my class last night (Human Relations) the instructor suggested that we keep a graditude journal. She suggested that we take 60 seconds and write down our gradtitude for something an employee did. I can do this at work, but what am I really thankful for? How can I express my gratitude to my family?
Here's what I am thankful for today...(in no particular order)
Children who make me smile
Husband who helps me succeed
Freedom
Answers to prayers
A Father in Heaven who cares about me.
