On Monday, July 28 my parents entered the MTC for thier long awaited mission.
Today much to my surprise I received and email from my mother. I am struggling with the MTC rule of no outside contact other than snail mail. She must have known that I needed to know if she was ok. She is and now so am I.
In a last ditch effort to see them before they headed for Montana we drive up to see them and spend time with family.

PS: They are going to Billings Montana. Their first assignment will be in Glendive (100 miles from Rapid City ND)

Being away from family was very hard for Spencer's parents..hope all goes well.
How exciting that your parents are going on a mission! And hard too. I don't know what I'll do when mine go in a few years. I love your blog!

don't get too sad, on my blog I had it set to only show 10 on my blog list but you are there. You did a good job with mom and dad's blog. It looked really good. I think that we might be the ones to update their blog every once in awhile because it will take mom too long. That will be fun.
